I’m Toni Dawson, life coach, intuitive strategist, and tarot reader. I am the founder of Spirit Led Boss.
I work with people who are tired of going in circles. They are aware, they have done some of the work, but something continues to pull them back into the same patterns, the same relationships, and the same versions of themselves they are trying to outgrow.
My role is not to fix you. My role is to help you see clearly what has been driving your decisions, what has been keeping you stuck, and what needs to shift so you can move forward with confidence.
This work is about real change. Not temporary motivation or surface-level insight, but clarity that you can actually apply to your life.

How Spirit Led Boss Was Born
Spirit Led Boss did not come from a business plan. It came from lived experience.
I have lived through seasons that break you down. Loss, identity shifts, and cycles I could not seem to escape no matter how much I prayed, reflected, or tried to do better.
I know what it feels like to be spiritually aware and still feel stuck. To know better and still find yourself repeating the same patterns. To feel called to more and not know how to get there.
That journey, and what it took to move through it, became the foundation of everything I do.
Spirit Led Boss exists because I needed something like this and it did not exist at the time. Now it does. And if you are here, it was built for you.
